Liz is a certified medical assistant with a strong background in clinical operations and research management. As a former Director of Research, she has overseen study start-up, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day site workflows. Liz is especially skilled at building structure and consistency into site operations, ensuring staff are supported and trials run smoothly. Her focus is on simplifying complex processes so research teams can thrive.

Damea Alexander

Co-Founder & Consultant

Damea is a nurse with extensive clinical research leadership experience. Having served as a Director of Research, he has managed hundreds of clinical trial programs, guided teams through sponsor and FDA inspections, and streamlined site operations for efficiency and compliance. His approach combines practical, hands-on knowledge with strategic oversight, helping sites achieve operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity.
